1. Material used is on rent and will be collected next day from the location.
2. Please make sure that the rented equipments are not damaged or misplaced. In case of any damages or loss of rented products the appropriate cost would need to be borne by the customer.
3. Paper tape will be used in the decoration.
4. Please arrange a stool or a ladder for placing the balloons on the ceiling.
5. Your address, balloon colour, & any other personal preferences will be taken after your booking.
6. We do not use helium balloons for home use. We use air balloons, fix them to your ceiling with a removable cello-tape (generally no mark on ceiling but please remove immediately after your experience)
7. Customer needs to provide nearest power source /extension board for the supply.
8. You need to make sure sufficient set-up time is available to the decorators.
